Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead the software development of project
2. Involve in full software development life cycle with primary focus on roadmap planning, requirement specification, systems design & integration
3. Build a team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation
4. Identify training requirements for the team
5. Define the technological strategy with the development team
6. Responsible for the architecture design and downstream solutions
7. Drive key technical decisions that constrain the overall design and implementation
8. Plan software tasks which includes prioritization of work and coordination of resources to meet project plan
9. Define project baselines
10. Monitor software development progress
11. Perform technical risk management and mitigation
12. Oversees technical design documentation process for correctness and timeliness
13. Evaluates software implementation on design and task thoroughness
14. Ensure completion of high quality of deliverables
15. Train, guide and mentor development team in day-to-day functions
16. Support presales activities providing technical solution and design
