Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the newly created or existing relationship with the customer
  • Taking ownership and responsibility for all solution and technical Professional Services related activities with customers
  • Telecom product solution and integration Architect
  • Telecom Software product expert on functional, technical hands-on configuration, application and integration detail design aspects
  • Supporting Services delivery related commercial and planning activities
  • Engage with the customer on all relevant technical and non-technical aspects
  • Manage company’s interest and responsibility through-out the project life-cycle from project inception to post-production support
  • Represent the interface between the customer and the wider organization including Product Management, Engineering, Support and management for issues and escalations
  • Manage risks and issues related to technical Services delivery
Required Experience:
  • Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or similar technical discipline
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience working in the Telecommunications Industry including Tier 1 / Tier 2 operators mobile network operator
  • 10+ years of experience in delivering software solutions covering all aspects from inceptions to deployment and beyond
  • Extensive architecture and solution design experience in Telecom operator’s BSS/OSS domain and network facing application integration architecture
  • Track record of working with COTS applications in the Telecom Industry, including at least one of the following: Billing, Rating, IN, Online Charging Solution or Policy Control International working experience
  • Experience with Telecom and Networking protocols and standards including 3GPP, Diameter, SIGTRAN, CAP
  • OSS/BSS COTS application functional and technical experience covering the whole project/solution delivery life-cycle including requirements management, architecture and design, migration, application configuration, deployment and operations
  • Technical problem analysis and issues resolution skills
  • Must be able to work in the details both in respect to functionality and technical aspects
