Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate closely with INOC (Integrated Network Operation Centre) on the timely fault clearing and service restoration of access and transmission equipment to meet the SLA(service level agreement).
• Troubleshoot fault related to access and transmission equipment and spare parts planning and deployment.
• Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of fixed networks, power and 3G/4G/5G base stations equipment\'s. Ensure service restoration, put up report and close trouble ticket.
• Monitor the health and performance of the fixed networks, power and base stations in the network and carry out remedial action accordingly.
• On standby duties and silent hour recall. Work on irregular hours, such as at night and on public holiday, weekends, at very short notice when need arises.
• Maintain an up-to-date network database for operational usage.
• Warehouse management and inventory management .
• Coordinate with Planner and Contractors on the recovery or installation of DC power equipment including shutting down of non-working equipment.
• Prepare and submit monthly operation progress report and any ad hoc investigation report as required.
• Use of digital tools to increase productivity.
• Replace the faulty equipment/Oversee the replacement of faulty equipment and accountable for resolution of the fault.
• Conduct and review on-site check for rusty equipment, antenna degrading etc., after resolve the fault.
• Any other duties assign by the supervisor or manager from time-to-time.

The Ideal candidate should possess:

• NITEC in Electroncis Engineering or equivalent
• Possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of programming, digitalization tools will be an added advantage.
• There might be a requirement to work at height and rooftops.
