Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute the service and maintenance workflow effectively.
• Collaborate closely with client representatives regarding all service and maintenance-related matters.
• Mentor and guide a team of service members.
• Assist the supervisor in staffing teams for service deliveries and distributing responsibilities.
• Manage daily client interactions and expectations to achieve optimal results.
• Support the supervisor in ensuring the timely troubleshooting and servicing of security systems at client locations.
• Familiarize yourself with each client\'s business, organization, and objectives to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that all work complies with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform additional technical tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years of work experience.
• Must have knowledge and hands-on experience with security systems, including Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and CCTV systems.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Independent and self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
