Our client is a global leader in Oil & Gas, Marine Offshore Engineering.

Summary

Responsible for managing the procurement of both material and bulk packages for major EPC projects. Build strong coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of critical equipment and materials.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement processes for assigned packages, including sourcing, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up. Handle procurement of key equipment and systems such as:
Heavy Equipment & Power Systems Utility & Safety Systems Electrical & Instrumentation Materials Mechanical & Piping Components Architectural & Miscellaneous Items Collaborate with engineering, project, and logistics teams to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and specifications. Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and industry standards.

Requirement

Min Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent qualification Min 3-5 years relevant working experience in Marine/O&G/Construction/Building/Manufacturing sector or related field Good procurement experience in buying EPC or construction project machinery, equipment and bulk purchase Strong knowledge of technical equipment and materials used in industrial projects. Able to start to work immediately or short notice
