What You Will Do . Applies comprehensive knowledge of broad technology platform to design and implement solutions that maximize the technology investment value to and enable the desired business outcomes. . Identify multiple potential proposals from various platforms and overall manage the proposal process to ensure it is presented to the management for review and approval prior to final publishing/submission. . Coordinate and communicate proposal document delivery and costing requirements to the key support functions to meet proposal deadlines while raising, tracking and documenting issues. . Overall project management and ensure all relevant documentation for bid proposals is complete and accurate. . Prepare reports for the management such as summary schedules, proposal overviews, competitive overviews and cost/price summaries, evaluation reports, annual plans. . Identify deficiencies or improvements required in the Procurement process and propose corrective actions. . Conduct Procurement training and guidance on Procurement Policy, Process and SOP to Users. . Assist department heads in formulation and coordination of launching plans and follow-up /CRM strategies for all products and services . Follow up the organizing of product and service related events . Implement action plans to achieve objectives as defined by the company . Develop the knowledge of the market, gather and provide marketing information and comments on country on sales, products, prices, consumer behaviors and needs, trends, competition . Maintain the target state design that will ensure solutions that are scalable, reliable, and achieve optimal performance. . Collaborate with technical SME's and government bodies on IT solution delivery and support teams to ensure technical designs and implementation align with future state EA architecture, support business operational needs, and enable the business to achieve its strategic goals. . Understand vendor analytic product roadmaps and release schedules and collaborate with IT technical teams to create plan to ensure Echol implements product upgrades to stay on current, supported product versions, and to maximize the platform investment value. . Understand the practical application of new and emerging technologies and participate in Proof-of-Concept initiatives to determine the potential value to Echol. . Analyze the Business / IT Environment (run, grow, transform) to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions. . Communicate highly complex technology in laymen's terms. . Develop and recommend projects and provide input to overall IT investment strategy based on critical project needs assessment. . Drive solutions for results while providing frequent status of deliverables, financial and overall health of the project. Serve as advisor and reviewer of complex changes. . Lead and participate in projects across multiple domains/systems. . Mentor senior staff during problem resolution and root cause analysis to increase efficiency and knowledge of senior employees. . Regular and reliable attendance is required in the performance of the job. . Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned. What You Will Need . Minimum Bachelor's Degree . Expert-level knowledge within the Visual Analytics / AI Business Development . Demonstrated ability to research, prepare, and compose systems operating procedures and documentation, reports, and correspondence. . Demonstrated ability to interact, advise, guide, train, and communicate effectively. . Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English. . Communicate and/or exchange information or instructions conduct oral presentations and/or meetings. . Visual ability sufficient to perform job duties.
