Job Description

Lead the design and development of high quality, scalable and performance-focused software based on J2EE

• Lead and design experience of ISO20022 based payments architecture.

• Lead and Manage team of developers and architect.

• Experience with DevOps Orchestration/Configuration/Continuous Integration Management technologies.

• Provide technical support, mentoring, and inspiration to the team

• Participate in design reviews and recommend improvements

• Recommend new technologies to ensure quality and productivity.

• Support in Estimation and Proposal creation

• Work closely with the Business team and client to design Architecture and Technical solution.

• Good understanding of international remittance.

Necessary Qualification/ Technical Skills:

• Hands-on in Creating Architecture from Scratch for banking application considering Non Functional aspects like Security, High Availability, Scalability, Performance etc.

• At least 12 years relevant working experience including expertise in enterprise architecture consulting skills such as interviewing stakeholders, conducting architecture reviews, and consensus-building

• Hands-on with Micro services, API Development

• Experience with DevOps Orchestration/Configuration/Continuous Integration Management technologies.

• Good understanding of International Remittance, SWIFT and ISO20022.

• Extensive software architecture and design experience

• Keen learner with the ability to quickly understand the architecture of new and emerging technologies

• Strong experience of system integration including integration using modern middleware

Design / re-design and consolidation of banking processes and/ or payments

• IT Modernization and digitalization

• Business process and data migration

• Backend requirement and implementation patterns for digital banking

• Experience in communicating complex technical information to a variety of audiences

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
