Job Title: Senior Technician / Associate Equipment Engineer
Job Scope
Perform advanced troubleshooting and complex repairs on semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime. Lead maintenance projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Evaluate and recommend new equipment and technologies to enhance process capability and productivity. Train and mentor junior technicians, supporting their technical skill development. Assist in the development, review, and improvement of equipment maintenance strategies and procedures. Collaborate with equipment vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues and improve equipment support and reliability.
Requirements
3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Equipment Technician or Associate Engineer in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex equipment issues. Able to work in a cleanroom environment on a 12 hour rotating shift. Willing and able to perform overtime as required to support manufacturing operations. Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
Renumeration
* $2800-$3200 + OT + Shift allowance
