Senior Technician (control & Instrumentation) (2 Year Contract)

Job Description

Our client is a leading power generation company in Singapore. They are looking for a Technician / Senior Technician (Control & Instrumentation) to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West - easily accessible.





Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM - 5:30 PM


Company Transport: Provided from Choa Chu Kang (7:20 AM) and Jurong East (7:15 AM) MRT stations





Responsibilities:



Carry out maintenance, servicing, and overhaul of control and instrumentation (C&I) equipment to ensure reliable plant operation. Supervise contractors during maintenance works to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to technical and contractual requirements. Monitor and report contractor performance and work progress. Assist Technical Officers and Engineers in troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and investigation of plant defects or outages. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, conduct inspections, and monitor equipment conditions to detect potential issues early.

Requirements:



NITEC / Higher NITEC / ITE qualification in Electrical, Electronic, Control, or Mechatronics Engineering Experience in power generation, utilities, petrochemical, or process plant industries will be advantageous Strong hands-on technical and troubleshooting skills Good teamwork and communication abilities
