Assisting Assistant Manager (FMM) to supervise, oversee and coordinate the facility management and maintenance include attending to breakdown repair at HarbourFront Passenger Terminal, Tanah Merah Fer Assisting Assistant Manager (FMM) to supervise, oversee and coordinate the facility management and maintenance include attending to breakdown repair at HarbourFront Passenger Terminal, Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal and Pasir Panjang Ferry Terminal. Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate maintenance/repair of building and marine infrastructures, M&E services, electrical installation/fitting and electronic equipment performed by term contractors. Monitor all routine maintenance and repair works to ensure they comply with work safety and health policies and procedures. Verify all works are completed on time and comply with the contract specifications and requirements. Report any non-conformance. Oversee and coordinate the maintenance/repair of hydraulic, mechanical and security equipment such as link-bridge, baggage handling systems, x-ray machines, handheld metal detectors and related works by the term contractor. Monitor all routine maintenance and repair works to ensure they comply with Regulatory requirements. Inspect all sites' work are completed satisfactorily and returned in a safe, clean and tidy state. Verify all works are completed on time and comply with the contract specifications and requirements. Report any non-conformance. Attend to first line repair work of electrical installation/fitting and equipment breakdown, power failure and any other minor breakdowns. Evaluate extent of repairs required and prioritise the repairs needed. Carry out the repair work and ensure to comply with safety and health policies and procedures as well as Regulatory requirements. Perform day to day inspections of electrical installation, equipment and other infrastructures Schedule and carry out inspections of electrical installation, equipment and other infrastructure to ensure that comply with Regulatory requirements. Report any repair works required or non-conformance. Requirements: Minimum Nitech in Facilities Management 1 to 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair of M&E services, building maintenance. Proficient in MS Office Knowledge on electrical, air-con and hydraulic system Proficient in spoken English
