Job Description
Job Title Senior Technician SummaryWhat you will be doing:
- Monitor and operate BMS, Fire systems.
- First line of response for lift issue, fire incident, electrical incident, and other incidents.
- Day to day ops, replacing lights and plumbing & sanitary parts.
- Record meter readings for various buildings.
- Follow up with feedback from tenant and obtain acknowledgement that the issue has been resolved.
- Key in faults reported in Famis and close the fault reported.
- Assist to cover duty of another technician when necessary.
- Assist to follow-up and complete task assigned by management
- Ability to serve as the first line of response for lift issues, fire incidents, electrical problems, and other emergencies.
- Experience in performing day-to-day operations including replacing lights and managing plumbing and sanitary repairs.
- Skill in recording meter readings for various buildings.
- Ability to follow up on tenant feedback and ensure issues are acknowledged and resolved.
- Proficiency in entering and managing faults in the Famis system, including closing out reported issues.
- Willingness to cover duties for other technicians when necessary.
- Ability to assist with and complete tasks assigned by management efficiently
