What your day-to-day will look like:

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems

Diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective solutions

Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot critical system failures

Document all maintenance activities and prepare detailed technical reports

Collaborate with project managers to execute facility upgrades and improvements

Train and mentor junior technicians, embodying our belief that we're stronger when we work together

Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes across all serviced properties

Required Qualifications:

NITEC in HVAC, electrical systems, or related technical field

2+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance or technical operations

Valid certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or related specialty

Strong knowledge of building automation systems and preventive maintenance practices

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset

Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

Ability to work flexible hours including occasional nights and weekends for emergency responses
