Job Description

Oversee and assign the activities of electrical workers on site, ensuring that tasks arecompleted efficiently, safely, and according to the project's specifications andtimelines. Ensure that all electrical work complies with local codes, safety regulations, andcompany policies, and stay updated on any changes in relevant regulations. Develop daily work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure that workers' tools andequipment are in good working condition. Inspect electrical installations and work-in-progress to ensure high standards ofworkmanship and accordance to plans. Oversee the use of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring that they are usedeffectively and that any shortages or issues are addressed promptly. Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and minimize accidentsor injuries on the job site. Provide guidance, training, and support to co-workers. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site, including technicalproblems or disputes among team members. Ensure that the worksite is kept clean and organized, with proper storage of toolsand materials. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents thatoccur. Prepare and submit reports as required by the project or companymanagement.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
