Responsibilities:

Azure DevOps Azure Cloud Digital Transformation Gen AI Architectural Design and Solutioning .Net Development Managing team of 50+ People Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks Design and develop the architecture for a Gen AI tool, managing end-to-end implementation Integrate APIs for seamless communication with Large Language Models, other third party API's and Gen AI services Lead Prompt Engineering efforts, refining structures to optimize AI responses Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate real-time AI features aligned with business goals Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability for seamless AI-driven interactions Collaborate closely with ITC and Technical Architecture teams to design and implement technical solutions that align with the overall system architecture and business needs Provide continuous technical leadership, offering guidance and support to the team on technical clarifications and challenges throughout the project lifecycle Ensure code quality by conducting thorough code reviews and mentoring team members, promoting best practices for software development Coordinate with Business Users to identify system changes or enhancements that would improve system functionality, performance, and user experience Lead the development of technical solutions by creating Proof of Concepts for complex or high-impact features before full implementation, ensuring feasibility and risk mitigation Focus on performance optimization and system stability, advancing solutions to improve system reliability and efficiency Play a key role in leading the team through the design, development, and delivery of technical components, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and business objectives Actively participated in identifying and addressing key areas for system enhancements and performance improvements, driving the platform towards scalability and future proofing

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management of Information Systems, Information/ Infocom Technology, or related discipline * 12- 16 years of experience in Microsoft Azure, .Net and Azure DevOps, AI, Prompt Engineering, Python, Microservices
