Contribute to or manage to our clinet\'s tender process, ensure planning of resources, execution of calculations and maintain client contact, in line with tender requirements, in order to realize a project proposal that fits their client needs optimally and which is in line with our client\'s strategic objectives.

  • Analyze tender documents, formulate requirements and demands, signal risks and opportunities and select in- and external partners in consultation with management.
  • Contribute to and/or manage the planning of people (e.g. supporting departments and external partners) and equipment and ensure optimization of the project program during the tender and execution phases.
  • Draft method statements and execute, monitor and follow-up production and/or cost calculations.
  • Follow-up on planning, ensure input from supporting departments and external partners, monitor the design, the deliveries and method statements, technical qualifications, Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and other reports and take corrective measures if necessary.
  • Contribute to and/or coordinate the finalization of the project proposal, taking risks and opportunities into account, ensure input from various in- and external stakeholders and prepare the contractual qualifications and technical assumptions.
  • Work and act in accordance with the applicable QHSE-S instructions and measures.
  • Ensure the evaluation of and reporting on the tender phases and end results, analyze nonconformities, signal deviations and propose suggestions for improvement and solutions of problems.
  • Maintain contact with clients and answer questions relating to own area of focus in consultation with relevant internal decision-makers during the negotiations.
  • Ensure formulation of a bid strategy and a pricing proposal of the future project, based on cost estimations and standard prices, in accordance with the decision-makers of the company.
  • Anticipate on, signal and monitor risks and opportunities (e.g. legally or financially) within tender documents, planning and the tender process and report and act upon these.
  • Establish network with subcontractors and consultants.
  • Prepare RFQs for subcontract packages.
  • Willing to travel on short notices to regional countries for short assignments.
  • Familiar with PSSCOC, FIDIC, BIMCO and other std forms of Contracts.
