Involved in tender documents preparation, including technical specifications and contracts agreement.
Prepare RFQ requests for quotations.
Draft sub-contractual correspondence and appropriate contract documents - subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants and submit to Contracts Manager for final approval.
Prepare, monitor co-ordinate and follow-up contractual claims and keeping of subject files of the same.
Liaise with sub-contractors for clarification and negotiation process.
Conduct and review cost analysis and recommend appropriate pricing strategies.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on the updates of each project progress.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of tendering experience in foundation works project.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
