We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Tennis Coach to join our expanding condo coaching program in Singapore. This is a full-time leadership position suited for a coach with a proven background in both coaching and program management, capable of driving quality and consistency across multiple venues.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality private and group tennis lessons for players of all ages and abilities, with a strong emphasis on juniors' development. Lead and manage a team of coaches, ensuring lesson quality, professionalism, and adherence to company standards across various condo venues. Oversee the planning and coordination of coaching schedules, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. Develop and implement structured programs, seasonal plans, and events to strengthen engagement within each condo community. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, condo management teams, and partner organizations. Take initiative in identifying opportunities to expand programs or enhance participation at existing locations. Supervise equipment upkeep and ensure courts are clean, organized, and presented professionally. Maintain clear communication regarding lesson policies, payments, and client expectations.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of management experience in a sports or coaching environment, with demonstrated ability to lead and mentor other coaches. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience coaching juniors, with strong knowledge of child development and progressive teaching methods. Proven ability to build and retain client bases within a condo or private coaching context. Recognized tennis coaching certification (ITF, PTR, or equivalent) is a plus. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism both on and off the court. * Availability to work evenings and weekends according to client schedules.
