Job Description

Responsibilities:

Performing test engineering work and managing the development and design of test procedures and plans to meet quality standards and customer requirements Setup, perform and document in-house testing for consistent and predictable execution and results Regular review of documents and processes to ensure compliance to test standards and validity Draft technical solutions to meet testing requirements and identify alternative methods Create analysis reports for products that do not meet testing requirements and share findings with R&D, Production and Quality teams Provide constructive input in troubleshooting or root cause analysis of products to yield better subsequent test results Liaise closely with factory to ensure a rigorous test regime for new products To review testing and documentation of products to ensure compliance to local safety standards across different market, submit regulatory paperwork Conduct internal trainings to staff to educate on compliance regulations and changes Other ad hoc projects as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or other relevant discipline Min 4 years related work experience in Mechatronic or Electronics engineering; product testing and design Good knowledge of engineering concepts, principles, test strategies and standards Understanding in systematic problem-solving, continuous improvement methodologies and test data analytics * Must be able to manage multiple on-going test projects and prioritise in accordance to prevailing timelines
