Job Description

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, deployment and maintenance of product Test Systems used to test ResMed product. Also, you will be involved with continuous improvement teams for the future of the test system at ResMed.Let\xe2\x80\x99s talk about ResponsibilitiesDevelop/Improve/Maintain production test systemTo provide frontline support for manufacturing test systems and/or software as requiredTo write documentation, such as validation protocols and reports, in compliance with the ResMed quality systemTo write production test procedures and train assembly and test operator personnel to those proceduresTo acquire and transfer new product knowledge and information from the design group into productionIdentify & implement GMP, Six-Sigma LEAN improvement actionsLiaise with Product Focused Teams (PFTs) for any test related issues/challenges; to provide guidance as needed.Acquire data and interpret through statistical analyses; partner with internal cross-functional teams to review data and provide recommendations on business process improvement opportunitiesHelp guide other test engineers to accomplish goals and use GMP Qualifications:Let\xe2\x80\x99s talk about Qualifications and ExperienceDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent5 years minimum experience in Production Test systemsExperience in Biomedical Engineering would be advantageousExperience with Continuous Improvement, Lean and Six SigmaExperience in Data Analytics, technical understanding of vibration and spectral analysis.
