Job Description
A leading Asian financial institute is looking for a Test Program Manager to head its testing programs for its latest Trade, Payment, and Markets application systems.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivery of testing services across the Programs
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of test services by appointed vendors in the conduct of testing
- Work with the testing service providers and other stakeholders to review, provide feedback and sign off on the test strategy, test plans and other test service providers\' artefacts for the testing service delivery
- Strong domain knowledge on Payments, Trade or Markets Programs.
- Experience in managing testing for Payment, Trade or Markets Suite of applications will be an advantage ( candidates from non banking or financial backgrounds are welcome to apply )
- Strong attention to details, excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in managing multiple external testing service providers.
- Experience in managing multi-cultural, diverse, direct and virtual teams
- Experience in various testing tool suites like HP UFT/QTP, Loadrunner/Performance Center/Sitescope, HP ALM / Quality Center, Tosca, Selenium, JIRA etc
