Job Description
We are seeking a
Senior Trading Analyst
to join our team and provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights for the palm oil trading business.Key Responsibilities
Track and analyse palm oil market trends, supply-demand dynamics, and price movements. Monitor export/import data, weather patterns, government policies, and competing oils markets. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market reports for management and clients. Build and maintain a database of historical market information. Support trading team with forecasts, scenario analysis, and risk assessment.
Requirements
Degree in Mathematics ,Economics, Agribusiness, Commodities, or related field. Strong analytical and research skills. Knowledge of the palm oil industry and commodity trading. Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and market research platforms. * Good written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin & English (Malay an advantage).
