Senior Training Executive Job Responsibilities: Training related: 1. External \xe2\x80\x93 Conduct crane safety and operation training 2. Internal \xe2\x80\x93 Conduct new-hires orientation training 3. Internal \xe2\x80\x93 Organise trainings to uphold the competency level of both technical / non-technical staffs 4. Fine-tune existing training materials and assist Management to upkeep training syllabus 5. Administrative duties pertaining to training related matters Safety related: 1. Support departments with safety related documentations e.g., Risk Assessment, Method of Statement, Lifting Plan, BizSAFE etc. 2. Conduct periodic safety inspections in-house and on-site Any other duties and tasks assigned by the Management as and when required. Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess the passion for training and adult education, especially in the engineering industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality, willing to interact with trainees from different background and experiences.
• Candidate must possess Safety Qualifications (E.g., BCSS / Rigger & Signalman course / SSLO / WSH Level B).
• Candidates with ACTA certification is an advantage
