Job Description

About the role:The Senior UiPath Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using the UiPath platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in Programming and Logic for Automation and a strong understanding of business processes. You will work with a team of developers and business analysts to automate manual tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, document, test, and implement efficient UiPath workflows and automation solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
• Develop, configure, and test Uipath Bot ensuring adherence to security best practices and industry standards.
• Enhance existing Uipath automation processes by leveraging AI capabilities and integrating machine learning algorithms where applicable.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across various departments and provide recommendations for automation feasibility.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Uipath solutions with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and BI tools.
• Provide production support, monitoring Orchestrator and Bot performance.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science
• Proven experience as a UiPath Developer, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing UiPath automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath platform features, capabilities, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• .Net or other High-Level Development experience is a plus
• Familiarity with other types of automation used in areas such as CI/CD or configuration management is a plus
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, ksh, PowerShell, etc, is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively under pressure and short timelines.
• Excellent client interfacing and process management skills
• Good knowledge in RPA Lifecycle
• Good Communication and presentation skills
