Job Description
Job Purpose
We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and appealing digital products that meet the needs of our users. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to design and iterate on product features.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behavior.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to develop and iterate on design concepts
- Work with developers to ensure that design concepts are implemented accurately
- Conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
- Bachelor\'s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 4 years experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Experience with user research, prototyping, and user testing
- Previous startup experience is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
