Senior UI/UX Designer

to join our

eCommerce Product

team to help shape the future of living--one thoughtful detail at a time.

What you'll be doing:

Translate user needs and business goals into wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs. Collaborate with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, and marketing to deliver cohesive experiences. Conduct usability testing, user interviews, or design critiques to refine features and inform the backlog. Apply and evolve the design system, ensuring consistent execution across platforms. Balance usability, accessibility, brand consistency, and performance in your designs. Incorporate insights from data, feedback, and market research into your design iterations. Advocate for the user and champion design best practices within the team.

What you need to succeed:

3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer working on digital products. Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and clean, user-focused UI designs. Proficiency in tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Ability to manage end-to-end design delivery for features or journeys. Experience working within design systems and adhering to accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG). Strong communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams. A growth mindset and openness to feedback.

Bonus If You Have

Experience designing for e-commerce or consumer-facing platforms. Familiarity with product experimentation or A/B testing. Skills in motion design, micro-interactions, or content design.
