Design Work That Works - For People, Not Just Products.

We're looking for a sharp, systems-thinking Senior UX Designer to join our extended team on a freelance basis

.

This isn't a pixel-polishing gig. Let's co-design something meaningful.

You'll be shaping end-to-end experiences, mentoring designers, and running workshops that unlock real business and user value.

Why This Role Hits Different:

Lead the full UX process -

from user research and journey mapping to wireframes, flows, prototypes, and testing.

Define and deliver end-to-end experiences across web and mobile -

always grounded in user needs.

Apply and extend design systems and UI libraries -

or create them from scratch when needed.

Run and facilitate Design Thinking workshops with clients, stakeholders, and users.

Collaborate closely with developers, PMs, and strategists to bring ideas to life.

Contribute to business development, helping shape proposals and pitches where UX thinking adds value.

Mentor junior designers -

share your craft, review their work, and elevate team quality.


You Might Be a Fit If You:
Have 5+ years of experience in UX, interaction, or product design - and a portfolio that proves it.


Think in systems and flows, not just screens.


Are fluent in Figma, Sketch, and maybe even a bit of front-end logic.


Are comfortable leading workshops and client conversations.


Can move fast, stay structured, and deliver quality under pressure.


Have worked with agile/lean teams and love the rhythm of fast validation.


Are Fluent in

English

German fluency is highly preferred

for upcoming projects, Mandarin is a bonus.


Are comfortable navigating ambiguity - and turning it into elegant, testable UX.


Bonus: Experience in complex B2B platforms, enterprise tools, or service ecosystems.
