This role is located in Singapore - Hybrid.In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support the Head of Business Management with day-to-day regional business management activity
  • Support the Head of Asset Servicing with regional activities
  • Help prepare regular and adhoc presentations
  • Strategic planning and tactical project management
  • Manage central talent and recruiting activities
  • Co-ordinate key enterprise initiatives forward on behalf of the Asset Servicing business
  • Facilities management and location strategy
  • Support the overarching employee engagement framework
  • Represent Asset Servicing at appropriate APAC Business Management (CAO) forums
  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders within Markets LoB and peers and key stakeholders in APAC
To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:
  • 12+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time management skills, including the ability to work on simultaneous items across multiple stakeholders with short lead times
  • Strong influencing skills, including ability to articulate complex issues and incorporate feedback
  • Ability to create and maintain organization of many ongoing initiatives
  • PC skills: Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and take on additional responsibilities when required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
