Coverage varies by country.Citi provides access to an array of learning and development resources to help broaden and deepen your skills and knowledge as your career progresses.In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99re expected to:Partner with Senior Leaders in Onshore Citigold & Citi Private Client and International Personal Banking businesses in recommending, developing, and/or executing Human Capital strategies that enable them to achieve their strategic priorities and meet their goals and objectivesPartner with business leaders and HR Specialist areas (e.g. Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Talent, etc.,) to design, plan, and implement broad HR programs, policies, and procedures in a way that is aligned with Citi\xe2\x80\x99s global HR Operating Model and prioritizes the employee experienceCoach senior leaders on how to improve their individual leadership skills, focus on talent, differentiate performance, embrace diversity, and build a collaborative and high functioning teamPartner with the business to strengthen the culture in Onshore Citigold & Citi Private Client and International Personal Banking by designing and implementing initiatives that enable high employee engagement and satisfaction levelsAssess current organizational talent and ensure employee performance is differentiated and appropriately recognizedAlign people resources with appropriate business strategyProactively assess, identify, and diagnose business problems and opportunitiesCreate, implement, and measure the effectiveness of initiatives that promote organizational/leadership capabilityDevelop new approaches, policies, and procedures to encourage continual improvements in business and HR efficiency/effectiveness, and lead change management initiativesAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.As a successful candidate, you\xe2\x80\x99d ideally have the following skills and exposure:10+ years of relevant Human Resources experience in the global banking and wealth industryStrong track record in effectively supporting a high growth businessDemonstrated ability to navigate and deliver in a fast-paced matrixed organised environmentAbility to influence at Executive Leadership levelExperience in trainingConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferredWorking at Citi is far more than just a job.
