We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Senior Vice President, Mass Affluent Marketing. Principal responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high performing integrated marketing team to ensure continuous motivation and improvement of staff performance through regular guidance, mentoring and coaching, counselling and performance reviews. Clear understanding of target customers and segments, competitive position and landscape to develop effective and innovative Marketing strategies \xe2\x80\x93 with focus on Mass Affluent customer acquisition
  • Responsible for developing overall Social Media Strategy for WPB and annual marketing plan for Premier (HNW) segment - manage marketing strategy, calendar, budget, including integrated communication budgets, and all customer communication that supports achievement of business growth objectives
  • Responsible to deliver excellent customer experience and journeys across all customer touch points through integrated marketing campaigns and channels
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder and partner relationships to ensure customer voice is heard throughout the planning, decision making and implementation process
  • Maximize third party service delivery and efficiency and return on marketing spend, through effective vendor or agency management and negotiation
  • Establishing performance indicators and provide regular feedback to team

Requirements
Requirements
  • Degree Holder in Marketing/Business and/or Finance related discipline preferred
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills to engage and influence multiple stakeholders
  • Mature and Experienced manager having managed a medium sized integrated marketing team
  • Minimum 10 years of experience and preferably in financial services covering media planning, marketing, social media strategy is preferred
  • Strong business sense with good analytical and project management skills
  • Comfortable with presenting to senior management at both local and global levels
  • Proven ability to work on multi-function projects demonstrating excellent relationship building skills
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter with passion for marketing, energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Strong understanding of communication developments and emerging consumer and industry trends
  • Commitment to putting the customer at the heart of all development and implementation activities
