Luvision Studio is a boutique creative production company based in Singapore, specializing in high-end video production, color grading, and artistic visual storytelling.


We are looking for a

Senior Video Director / Colourist

to lead creative direction, manage end-to-end production workflows, and oversee visual quality across commercial, fashion, and event-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creative process from concept development, shooting, post-production to delivery. Direct the visual style and artistic direction for brand and commercial productions. Guide editors, photographers, and designers to ensure consistent creative standards. Perform professional color grading using DaVinci Resolve and other post-production tools. Communicate directly with clients and international partners on creative direction. Maintain production quality and schedules that meet professional standards. Contribute to the exploration of AI-based visual innovation. Participate in underwater or travel-based shoots when required.

Requirements

Master's degree or higher. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in professional video production and post-production. At least 3 years of experience in color grading with DaVinci Resolve. Proven track record managing full-cycle creative projects from pre- to post-production. Experience collaborating with international clients or agencies. Experience in overseas or travel video production. Recipient of photography, cinematography, or film-related awards (preferred). Proficient in DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign. Excellent command of English and Mandarin (for regional client communications). Possession of Advanced Freediving and Scuba Diving certifications (preferred, for underwater projects). Strong visual portfolio or showreel showcasing color grading and creative work.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with ACES / HDR workflows and color science. Experience with RAW / BRAW / R3D formats. Knowledge of film emulation LUTs and cinematic color language. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines. Leadership and mentoring skills for junior creative staff.
