Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary

Senior Videographer / Video Production Lead

to oversee all aspects of video production and creative direction. This role is responsible for driving the visual storytelling strategy, managing end-to-end production workflows, and ensuring all video content reflects the company's brand identity and communication objectives.


The ideal candidate is a creative leader with strong technical expertise and the ability to transform complex ideas into engaging visual narratives. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and management teams, lead on-set production, and guide post-production processes to deliver high-impact video content that supports corporate and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute full-cycle video production -- from concept development, scripting, filming, to editing and final delivery. Provide creative direction and ensure consistent visual and brand standards across all projects. Manage and mentor a team of videographers, editors, and external vendors. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce videos that support campaigns, events, and corporate communications. Oversee lighting, sound, and camera setups to ensure professional quality. Review and approve final video edits to maintain brand tone and storytelling quality. Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to meet timelines. Research and adopt new creative techniques, production tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field. Minimum

5-7 years of professional experience

in video production or creative direction. Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in corporate or marketing video production. Advanced proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects.

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Excellent storytelling ability and a strong eye for design, detail, and pacing. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects. * Experience leading or mentoring creative teams is an advantage.
