Job Responsibilities :
We are looking for an experienced Visual merchandising person to join the Global Retail Experience team to support the retail expansion plan for Razer. This person will report to the Head of Retail Design and VM in Singapore.

• Responsible for the creation of planograms for new store openings
• Responsible for forecasting and ordering of demo units, VM retail displays for new product launches and store openings
• Ensure that the visual merchandising guidelines are consistent with brand’s aesthetics and are regionally relevant
• Artwork adaptation for in-store collaterals and retail displays
• Collaborate with the Retail Designers and Regional Store Design and Project Manager for new store openings, renovations and ordering of VM assets
• Collaborate with Graphics, Marketing and Sales Teams to understand market needs to create a seamless customer journey and to optimize sales potential
• Manage and liaise with vendors to ensure that POSMs are produced qualitatively and delivered within the stipulated timeline
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to establish broader VM needs to drive sales

• Degree in Industrial Design, Visual Merchandising, or Graphic Design
• At least 7 years of experience in visual merchandising related role, preferably in apparel/fashion
• Experienced to work in an international environment
• Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Good sense of design and possess an eye for detail
• Matured, self-motivated, committed and collaborative team-player and meticulous
• Inspiring, open-minded, possess a positive mind-set and is solution-oriented
• Ability to multi-task and work within tight timelines
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels
