The Visual Merchandising Executive reports to the Operations Management
Job Responsibilities:
To review, support and design Visual Merchandising (VM) priorities, workflow & management of the brand portfolio.
Has clear planning, production to execution of VM collateral guidelines,
Plan and review the brand standards and launch guidelines for all Travel Retail stores.
Partners with marketing team to deliver the work across the fiscal year to meet business objectives.
Enables in all stores visual merchandising planning to help multifunctional team to understand the site/shopper differences that can better drive brand equity for the brand portfolio.
To ensure quality reviews & guidelines to deliver on VM design work.
VM planogram for backwalls, lightboxes, promotions and local production.
Responsible for sourcing and supervision of local production for new launches & VM related installations.
Any other ad-hoc assignments or projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor in Design related fields or Bachelor in Fine Arts preferred.
At least 3 years of retail merchandising or related field experience preferred.
Keen interest & passion for the Travel Retail industry business & products.
Knowledge of computer programs including, Adobe Suite, Microsoft office, CAD or Vector works will be an advantage
