We are searching for a Senior UI Designer to join our dynamic team at the forefront of Singapore\'s digital transformation, contributing to the design and development of impactful software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Define and plan user research to effectively inform the design and development of products & services.
• Develop user-centric digital products and services that meet the needs of our core users.
• Lead the visual design strategy and execution for digital products, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing user interface across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, and developers, to translate wireframes and prototypes into visually stunning and functional user interfaces that meet the needs of diverse user groups.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and visual assets that effectively communicate the intended user experience and design direction
• Describe product or system capabilities and requirements that support user\'s goals and tasks, and how successful interactions look like.
• Conduct usability testing: Plan, execute, and analyze usability tests to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Test and refine the product through evaluative research, ensuring that the design enables your users to meet their goals and complete their tasks.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions are aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Visual Designer or UI Designer, particularly in 0-to-1 projects (from ideation to launch).
• Prior experiences in designing websites and mobile apps.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and/or similar.
• Knowing how to code (HTML, CSS, etc) will be advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in Government projects/ Public facing projects will be an added advantage.
