Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve commercial and global presence milestones in support of Growthwell's fund raising, investment and public listing ambitions
- Setup and expand plant-based dairy footprint into key markets
- Lead M&A and JV opportunities
- Build Distribution networks across the region
- Create and guide business activities in retail (major players) and in food service (international key accounts).
- Formulate, implement and review commercial, marketing and operations strategy, policies and programs in line with the overall business objectives
- Plan, implement and maintain efficient administration of best commercial, marketing practices and operations
- Establish best-in-class processes, implement & review commercial, marketing, and operational reporting mechanism, and monitor performance against targets.
- Build operational credentials for local and regional markets. Ensure product safety and quality, regulatory compliance of product, label and consumer communications.
- Support Innovation and Renovation
- Build winning teams with a talent pool for the commercial, marketing and operations teams.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Communication
- At least 10 years of working experiences, Asia Pacific
