Job Summary:

• 5 Days Work Week
• Permanent
• AWS + VB
• Located at Tampines

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a team of warehouse personnel.
• Ensure the program meets established standards, including delivery timelines, inventory accuracy, record-keeping, and documentation.
• Execute program operations in a cost-efficient manner while meeting all required specifications.
• Manage and monitor material consumption, purchasing, workforce levels, and overtime.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
• Gather feedback from both program staff and customers for process review and ongoing improvement.
• Document clear work instructions.
• Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) sessions.
• Ensure team adherence to established procedures and accuracy in data handling.

Job Requirement(s)

• Diploma or higher qualification required
• At least 3 years of experience in 3PL warehousing
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Solid analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, computer literacy, and IT skills
• Process-driven with a collaborative approach
