Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
• Perform periodic provisioning (i.e. Based on historical usage and future forecast, propose the replenishment level and max stock level).
• Monitor, track and report the status of all spare parts.
• Perform issuance of materials to workshop and raise purchase requisitions for materials demanded by workshop.
• Review of operation status with management on a timely and regular basis.
• Maintain good warehouse stock keeping and clean environment at all time.
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
• Issue and manage all fleet and keys issue to sub-con and internal vehicle.
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent
• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license (Class 4 and/or Forklift license will be an added advantage)
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
