Job Summary:
- Basic Salary: $2,800 to $4,000
- Annual Wage Supplement
- Performance Bonus (1 to 2 Months)
- Annual Leave
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.15pm
- Location: Alps Ave (With company transport at Ang Mo Kio / Yishun / Sengkang / Punggol / Tanah Merah / Bedok)

- Supervise a team of warehouse and administration staff, drive productivity and quality amongst the team
- Ensure the program meets client\'s expectations, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records and documentation retention
- Ensure work safety, good distribution practice (GDP), quality policy, and procedures meet in the workplace
- Ensure warehouse housekeeping up to 5S standard
- Operate the program in a cost-effective manner while meeting all client\'s requirements
- Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount, and overtime
- Assist in the documenting work instructions
- Conduct on-the-job training (OJT)
- Ensure staff compliance with established processes and accuracy in data processing
- Deliver accurate reports and information to the client and program manager in a timely manner which includes HSE, 5S, KATA, etc
- Attend to internal/external customers\' enquiry in a timely manner
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant working experience
