$7K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities

• Perform the duties of a WSH Officer as stipulated in the Workplace Safety and Health Regulations, and align with the WSH Act, regulations, and Code of Practices.
• Responsibilities of an Secure Representative, Risk Management Champion, Work-At-Height Assessor/Manager, Safe Management Officer, and other WSQ proficiency appointment.
• Responsible for ensuring EHS policies, objectives, and targets are set to implement policy, disseminated to promote staff awareness, and results are checked periodically.
• Identify training needs, develop, and deliver ESH training to strengthen employees\' awareness of EHS on a regular basis.
• Coordinate external audits and maintain EHS documents for ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 Certification
• Conduct internal audits, Fault-Tree gap analysis, and root cause identification and recommend corrective actions to ensure continuity & efficiency of Emerson EHS Management System in accordance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001, OSHA, and Emerson safety standards.
• Ensure the EHS Management System and documentation are always updated.
• Ensure all EHS incidents and/or accidents are thoroughly investigated and efficiently closed. Collate and analyze incident/accident statistics, prepare reports, make recommendations, and implement control measures and/or procedural changes to eliminate/reduce the risk of future occurrences.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Environmental Management, Occupational Health, and Safety or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental Law & Regulations of Singapore is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
