About our client This is a placement position with a leading American MNC technology company that specialises in internet-related services and products. Job title Senior Writer-Editor Job description We are looking for an experienced senior writer-editor to develop insights and content for a digital marketing platform. Our client is one of the largest technology brands globally and its mission is to make marketers around the world more knowledgeable by providing data, insights, and perspectives that change the way they do business. You will use your excellent writing, storytelling, and editing skills to develop online content for the business and marketing industry in APAC. You will support the editor-in-chief of an online digital content platform. What the role entails

• Create compelling thought leadership content (such as articles, infographics, newsletters, video scripts, social media posts) for audiences in business and marketing
• Conceive, develop, write, review, and copy edit content for accuracy and quality
• Apply the best SEO practices to thought leadership content
• Develop actionable insights and compelling narratives from data, production information and research findings
• Partner with collaborators to turn research findings and business interests into compelling content
• Analyse content performance to understand gaps and improve content

Candidate should have

• At least 8+ years of writing experience in digital publishing and/or content marketing with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Excellent writing, editing, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail in work
• Knowledgeable in search marketing and analytical tool
• Experience with applying editorial guidelines and visual storytelling
• A strong understanding of marketing trends and tools, and ability to learn and write about new tools and trends skilfully
• Ability to take initiative, handle multiple concurrent tasks, and adapt well to various ways of working among collaborators
