Job Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential clients in industries like FMCG, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle for Korean celebrity partnerships, including exploring opportunities in regional markets. Manage the pitching, negotiation, and coordination of Korean celebrity appearances in campaigns, events, and sponsorships under agreements. Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive 360 marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and celebrity commitments. Create tailored proposals and pitch presentations that effectively communicate value and support successful client acquisitions. Serve as the main liaison between clients, celebrities, agencies, and vendors, fostering strong and lasting relationships. Oversee contract management and ensure that all campaign deliverables are met on time and according to agreed terms. Assist the General Manager with strategic planning, internal reporting, and managing urgent projects with attention to detail and quick turnaround. Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities, contributing to the agency's growth and regional expansion. Collaborate with internal teams and mentor junior staff to promote a positive and productive work environment. Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and responsiveness in all dealings, maintaining the company's reputation and integrity.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3-5 years' experience in account management or business development, preferably in entertainment or advertising. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to company reputation.
