Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a recognized hotel/ bar establishment/ independent restaurant Min O' Levels, Diploma in hospitality, degree in any discipline is an advantage Good knowledge of food, wine & bar High level of adaptability and flexibility Proficient in spoken & written English Able to perform rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays
