We are a licensed employment agency in Singapore and currently we have offices in Orchard, Kovan & Clementi. We are expanding and planning to open another 2 branches to serve our growing clients. We are also branching in to the deployment of Nursing/Caregiver MDWs. We are looking for 3-4 Senior/Customer Care Consultants to join us. : Attend to customers & sales enquiries Deliver prompt, efficient and quality service to customers Follow up with customers on their enquiries and feedback Interview and recommend suitable candidates to employers Work towards achieving the sales target Able to handle and provide solutions for issues between helper/Caregiver and employer Co-ordinating the documentation, work permit, and arrival of new foreign domestic worker/caregiver/Nurse Other ad-hoc duties when requiredRequirements: If you are a team player and a motivated individual who has a passion for sales, customer service and management, we want you to join us!
