Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational data, calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to operational performance, such as Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and Turn-around Time (TAT) to optimize manpower and machine resources and improve site\xe2\x80\x99s operational performance.
• Responsible to build and customize visualizations using with Business Intelligence tools to present data in a clear and concise manner to monitor manpower and machine resources utilization and site\xe2\x80\x99s operational performance.
• Work together with the process owners to use insights gathered from visualizations to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Facilitate, analyze, and participate in requirements gathering sessions. Translate user requirements into feasible visualizations that address operational challenges and opportunities.
• Support CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) projects to achieve business and enterprise objectives.
• Support and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Project management experience and driving change management and process improvement.
• Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills.
• Process and detail oriented, including strong interpersonal and prioritization skills.
• Lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Have keen analytical mindset, proficiency in data manipulation, and a strong understanding of machine learning concepts is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL, scripting, advanced Excel data analysis, advanced analytical techniques and machine learning algorithms is a plus.
• ACE/CORE Accreditation and or LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt and a passion for process improvement and alignment
• Technical knowledge of Pratt & Whitney\xe2\x80\x99s Engines Repair, PW Repair Centers, and PW Engine Services business is a plus.
• Relevant experience in Aerospace, manufacturing or MRO is a plus
