Job PurposeHe/She will be part of the Business Development team with the charter to engage and collaborate with community and primary care partners to bring diagnostics and preventive screening services to residents in Central and North of Singapore, contributing towards NHG's mission of adding 15 million years of healthy lives.Job ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving growth by developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with partners, and ensuring a high level of service delivery. This role offers a blend of strategy, marketing, and relationship management, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with partners to drive business growth
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to establish strong market presence
• Expand customer/ partners collaborations in Mobile Fleet projects.
• Prepare and lead business reviews and SLA (Service Level Agreement) drafting for assigned client accounts.
• Conduct market analysis and client satisfaction surveys
• Develop marketing collaterals to support business and community outreach needs, including overseeing the design and production of roadshow displays, banners, posters, Mobile Fleet decals, etc.
• Organize and support corporate events, roadshows, and community outreach events.

Job Requirements (Education/Experience)

• A recognized Bachelor's Degree with at least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or key account management
• Working experience in healthcare sector is a distinct advantage
• Proven experience managing relationships with stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
