Job Description

Job Purpose

This is an instrumental role in managing Singtel Media data and marketing efforts to support Sales to drive new clients acquisition and increase revenue potential with the holistic media assets.

To create, manage and deliver effective data recommendations and marketing initiatives to drive up Singtel Media assets sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team on sales packages and pre & post campaign analysis for sales clients
• Prepare standard ratings reports for ad sales (e.g. monthly channel performance) from SG-TAM for Ad Sales.
• Prepare adhoc ratings reports tailored to client brief (e.g. top channel reports based on each target audience)
• Prepare pre-campaign reach & frequency reports:
• Run optimized pre-buy reports based on either GRP target, Reach target, Daypart Split, etc
• Use recommended channel mix suited for target audience
• Campaign breakdown by week, by channel
• Produce media schedule that ops team can use to implement
• Prepare post-campaign reach & frequency reports:
• Upload complete as run logs into the SG-TAM software
• Pre vs. Post comparison if applicable
• Campaign breakdown by week, by channel
• Prepare other customized analyses (e.g. audience profile, top programmes analysis, reach curve optimization, etc)
• Service other requirements as needed for the Singtel Media business.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Prior work experience with Singtel Media would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with the SGTAM
• Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma (or equivalent)
• Fresh graduates with background in data analytics or statistics are welcomed to apply

Skills

• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Analytical and Meticulous in details.
• Well versed with MS Office
• Possesses a good positive attitude and the ability to cope with tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
