Job Description

Job PurposeYou will work closely with key stakeholders (Business, HRBP team, Corporate HR, Finance) to strategize and implement HR practices and initiatives in line with business priorities and organization\'s focus areas.You will also support the team to achieve operational and cost efficiencies in workforce planning and development and management of projects, which may include overseas expansion projects.Responsibilities

• Develop and track the HR manpower plan, including projections for staff costs and workforce requirement.
• Implement annual budgeting process and track budget performance on regular basis.
• Develop, track and conduct in-depth analysis of key metrics related to workforce planning and engagement.
• Prepare reports on HR manpower planning statistics and budget performance for management and as part of regulatory requirement.
• Partner HR Business Partners and Business Units to implement performance appraisal processes.
• Any other projects assigned.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience
• Degree holder preferably
• Ability to understand the business and value add HR initiatives
• Experience in driving change and integration
• Forward looking and ability to provide creative solutioning in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis & forecasting
• Good understanding of current and emerging HR processes and practices, HR systems (SAP knowledge is a must) and business intelligence tools
• Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Excel, Powerpoint, Visio
