Job Description


We are working with a leading global real estate company, with a diverse portfolio spanning across commercial, retail, residential, and integrated developments.We are looking for a proactive and resourceful professional with a degree in Engineering, Real Estate, or Facilities Management to support the effective operations and maintenance of our retail mall. The ideal candidate will be an individual who is well-versed with M&E systems and possess strong communication skills.If you are successful in this role, you will enjoy the following:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the efficient operations and maintenance of the retail mall.
  • Coordinate operational programs and execute maintenance activities to ensure optimal mall performance.
  • Develop annual budgets, manage maintenance contracts, and supervise operational expenses.
  • Support the implementation of Asset Enhancement Initiatives, tenant renovation projects, and promotional activities within the mall.
  • Collaborate with the Contracts & Procurement team to manage procurement of equipment, cyclical replacements, and enhancement projects.
  • Address and resolve feedback and service requests promptly.
  • Lead a team of technicians and oversee vendor services to maintain high professional standards in daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA).
  • Participate in the Emergency Response Team (e.g., Site Incident Controller, First Aider).
  • Contribute to the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team by reviewing and approving permits to work (PTWs), conducting risk assessments, and performing safety checks and audits.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building, or Estate Management.
  • Strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, with resourcefulness and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Willingness to work beyond standard operating hours when necessary.
