Who We Need

The responsibilities are as stated below:

• Lease administration such as preparation of letter of offer and lease agreement.
• Maintain good landlord tenant relationship.
• Attend to tenant feedback and tenancy related matters promptly.
• Manage the entire cycle from cold calls, site viewing, negotiation to closing deals.
• Ensure comprehensive record of key information on tenants.
• Manage hospital-based insurance scheme and engagement with doctors and clinic staff.
• Prepare leasing report, rental budget and forecast.

How to Succeed

• Possesses a Degree in Real Estate/Property/Business Administration or equivalent
• 2 years of working experience in leasing
• Preferably with experience in the healthcare industry
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, presentation and communication skills
• Resourceful
• Organised and meticulous
• Good team player
