Main Responsibilities

Support and assist the nurses in the delivery of nursing care in the wards and helps to maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for them
Execute ADL tasks eg feeding, showering, transferring, pottering of residents in the ward
Take on responsibility of ward safety and cleanliness in wards
Assist in therapy and Social activities
Support Volunteers coming to do activities with residents
Perform simple assessments of resident\xe2\x80\x99s well being and clinical status (vital signs measurements) under supervision of Nurses and MSW/ Care coordinators
Help Care coordinators to manage the residents\xe2\x80\x99 activity calendar
Attend to needs of the residents.
Accompany residents for their outing trips
